Voice dictation · every harness
Voice dictation for coding agents.
Press one button on your iPhone or Apple Watch, say the prompt, and it’s pasted into the agent or editor in front of you on your Mac. No plugin per tool, no speech API key, nothing recorded by the Mac.

- Which coding tools does Copy That work with?
- Any app on your Mac that takes text: terminal agents like Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Pi and Aider, editors like Cursor, Windsurf and Zed, and any text field.
- Do I need a plugin for each tool?
- No. Copy That pastes the transcribed text into the app in front of you, the same way you would with ⌘V, so there is nothing to install inside the tool.
- Do my iPhone and Mac need to be on the same Wi-Fi?
- No. Recordings go through your own private iCloud, so your phone can be on cellular in a café while your Mac is at home. The Mac just needs to be awake and online.
- Where is my voice transcribed?
- On your Mac, with Whisper. Audio passes through your own iCloud account and is never sent to a speech-to-text service.
- What does it cost?
- The iPhone and Mac apps are free. The Apple Watch app is a one-time $4.99. There is no subscription.
